GDW is breaking new ground with its two economy-Line lathes, the LZ 330V and the LZ 400V. The economy line is manufactured according to the specifications of the lathe manufacturer by a select network of partners, in line with the motto: Engineering by GDW, manufacturing by Partner of GDW. The innovation leader in the field of conventional lathes provides its expertise, thereby guaranteeing precision, quality, and performance at a unique price-performance ratio.
Two variants
The economy line is available in two versions and comes preconfigured. The LZ 330V has a center distance of 670 mm and a speed range of up to 4000 revolutions per minute. The LZ 400V has a center distance of 1000 mm with a speed range of up to 3000 revolutions per minute. It has 2 speed settings.
The lathes are GS and TÜV tested, and approval is in accordance with DIN 8605. They meet the highest safety standards and offer top-level quality and ease of use.
No compromises in safety and precision despite the low price — that was the goal, and it has been achieved with the economy line series. This means that entry into the premium class for perfect turning results is now possible at a low cost.
Extensive standard equipment
Standard equipment includes a movable splash guard with safety glazing, Multifix size A/B, safety selector switch for collet and chuck work, set-up elements, a 3-axis position display with 7″ color screen, electromechanical limit switch device for threading and feed operation, an LED machine light, and much more. The rear wall is removable, and a tool cabinet with telescopic pull-outs is integrated.
Option: Digitization with teachingline
The lathes from the economy line can be supplemented with the teaching line (optional) and are thus perfectly prepared for digital assistance systems with an e-learning interface.
